GIVE THEM HOPE 2014!
"Faith
is the assurance of the things we HOPE for, being the proof of the thing we do
not see, and the conviction of their reality." ~ Hebrew 11:1
Dear Friends:
What a blessing it was to see so many of you attend the
Christmas Open House, in spite of the cold and snowy weather. Thank you for
your ongoing support of this ministry!
I pray that you are enjoying your preparations for this
Christmas season, as we remember the reason for this celebration . . . the
birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. May His LIGHT shine through you for
all the world to see and desire to know about eternal salvation!
Pray for our
Agape Angels to have FAITH to let the LIGHT of God's presence shine on their
HOPES and plans.
Pam
Our girls have the
opportunity to attend a retreat at Green Lake Conference Center during
Christmas break. They will be leaving on Friday, the 27th of December for 4
nights, and we have been given a discounted rate of $160 per girl. Would you
consider sponsoring a girl who would not be able to afford to go otherwise?
They
will be participating in outdoor winter activities, as well as worship and
fellowship ~ it should be a refreshing event for the Christmas break! (Simply
send a check to Agape House, P O Box 68, Walworth, WI with a note on the memo
line: Winter Blast).

~
For the goals the girls have set for this quarter on how they respond to others
appropriately; several are exercising self-control – YEAH!!!
~
For the excitement the girls have for the upcoming holiday; please pray for
home visits to go well. They have been on their best behavior as they do not
want to lose any of their family visit time!
~ For the completion of our Annual Report and the HOPE that it will be a tool to lead others to become faithful supporters of this ministry as we seek to follow God’s plans to continue to meet the needs of people who are hurting and in need of His healing. (If you know someone who might be interested in receiving this report, please contact Pam at 262-275-6466).
~
