The Way, The Truth and The Life








Walworth State Bank (105 State Road 67, Walworth) is having a FREE Shred Fest on Saturday, May 5th from 9 a.m. to 12 noon.  However, they are accepting donations for Agape House.  We appreciate their support of this ministry.

Prayer Requests:



~Pray for respite home care for two or three girls who need a place for July and August, as Agape House is closed at that time.



~Pray for new house parents.



~Pray that the seeds of truth that have been planted in the girls will go deep and be firmly rooted.



~Pray for our girls to make wise choices as they prepare to transition back into their home setting for the summer.



~Pray the girls will be set free by the truth.

Art Therapy Supplies: Tracing paper, sketch paper, thick paper for oils/water colors, canvas – med/large, chalk, and pencils for shading (dark and light)

Footballs (nerf and regular)

Ways to help in the ministry of Agape House:

~Volunteer landscape designer for our gardens.
~Volunteer graphic designer to assist with promoting Agape House.
~ Volunteer to clean out the chimney in the fireplace at the counseling center.
~ Provide financial support to help with tuition assistance for a girl here; we have many girls whose families are only able to pay a fraction of the cost of the services we provide for them.
~ Volunteer to repair stained glass.
~Bring in your Campbell’s labels and Box Tops for Education - ask family and friends to collect them as well.

~Sentry Receipts/Funds for Friends – We are now set up with Sentry in Walworth to receive a 1% donation of the subtotal of all purchases from this store through their ‘Funds for Friends’ program.  So please start saving up your receipts and turning them in at the school reception desk.  Note: receipts cannot be older than 4 months.  Thanks for your help!





All Friends and supporters of Agape House are welcome to attend our Recognition/Graduation Ceremony on the 24th of May at 6:30 p.m. in the school gym, no RSVP needed.
