The Gift of Eternal Life

“I (Jesus) give them eternal life, and they shall never perish. What my Father has given me is greater than all.” John 10:28-29

Prayer Requests
~ Pray that the girls know how precious the gift of eternal life is that Jesus has died for us to have.

~ That the girls have the faith and courage to cross the Red Sea, and not return to Egypt.

~ For the family and friends of a young man who died this week; comfort and strength for all those mourning.

~ For patience, compassion, understanding and discernment.

~ For protein rich foods like broccoli and almonds.

~ For the decision-making process of parents to encourage their daughters to attend Agape.

~ For job interviews and those students seeking employment for the summer.

~ For safe travel at Easter time with family and friends. Help us to live in His Easter promises. Death no longer holds the sting, we live in His victory.

Praise Reports:
~ For a recent chapel speaker who’s gift of storytelling enabled all of us to go back in time and to hear of God’s faithfulness in her life.

~ For many girls working through their hurts, trusting God and growing each day in their faith life.

~ For those who participated in the fund raiser for Agape at Geneva Inn last weekend, and that God will lead them to know how to respond to what they learned.

~ For our volunteer luncheon and the many who turned out to be recognized for their time. Praise God for an army of volunteers, united in their desire to be His servants, His hands and feet.

~ A Special Word of Thanks, from an Agape Student for Volunteer Recognition Week:

A special word of thanks I need to say, to terrific tutors and teachers in every way. You taught core skills and some life skills. You challenge me to push harder and encourage me to get my work done. I feel so lucky to have gotten you as a tutor. I would like to thank all the teachers and tutors for being supportive and helpful.

May the sun always shine on your window pane;
May a rainbow be certain to follow the rain;
May the hand of a friend always be near you;
May God fill your heart with gladness to cheer you.
