I am Doing a New Thing

“Do not [earnestly] remember the former things; neither consider the things of old. Behold, I am doing a new thing!” Isaiah 43:18-19

Prayer Requests
~ Pray that the girls recognize they can experience the abundant life that Jesus says we can have, but that it requires them to make a decision to let go of the past and trust God.

~ For ongoing strength, wisdom and discernment for staff.

~ For the completion of the renovation project and volunteers to step forward to help.

~ For new girls coming to Agape House, that their spirits are comforted for this change in their lives, and that their families are open to new ways of doing things in their lives.

~ For the girls at Agape to prepare their hearts for new students, to be open to loving unconditionally, encouraging like Barnabus, and to have servant hearts to ease the transition of a new, hurting child.

~ For good health for everyone at Agape.

~ For healing, emotionally, physically and spiritually to come with the balance of resting in Him.

~ For the staff’s spiritual growth on a continued basis, and that we grow in the grace and knowledge of Him, our Savior and redeemer.

~ For each precious Agape Angel as they work through their hurts and find Him through studying and pondering His Word.

~ For safe travel on all of our school field trips, servant events and fun days.

Praise Reports:
~ For all who have diligently sent in Box Tops for Education; we recently received a check in the amount of $398.80!

~ For all of those who continue to provide support for this ministry, whether it be through financial giving, material donations, prayer support, or just lending an ear to listen when needed.

~ For all the good things taking place with the girls at Agape as we begin a new year.

~ For the girls that have recognized that being healthier physically will make a difference in their overall lives.

~ For all of our faithful staff and volunteers who continue to work together for the greater good of this ministry!

~ For a phenomenal week; not only did the girls work hard on their academic studies, but they addressed issues in counseling, saw God at work in their own lives as well as the lives of their fellow classmates and volunteers!

~ For Judi’s successful eye surgery, and continued healing.

~ For all the blessings of Christmas, in the birth of our Savior, and the blessings we all received in time with our families, rest, rejuvenation and gifts – we are so grateful.

~ For His faithfulness and His promises.
